Meet Jessica Howard

Jessica Howard is the owner, founder and head Care Manager at Poppy Cares. Jessica is an Aging Life Care Professional who knew from a young age she wanted to work with older adults. This drive led her to pursue her education at USC's Leonard Davis School of Gerontology where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Lifespan Health and a Master’s of Science Degree in Gerontology.

Jessica developed a strong interest in care management after hearing an Aging Life Care Professional speak at an aging conference as an undergraduate. Since then, Jessica has worked to involve young professionals in the aging space by guest lecturing at her alma mater and has hosted a number of interns studying different disciplines.

Jessica founded Poppy Cares with an earnest desire to modernize care management and help older adults thrive and maintain autonomyFull Width. Poppy Cares is named after the nickname Jessica uses for her own father.
